We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, this policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Order Overview
All our products are print-on-demand, produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this custom nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To qualify, your item must:

Be reported within 7 days of delivery

Include photo proof of the issue (damage, wrong print, incorrect item, etc.)

Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Email us at admin@majabre.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, 2Checkout, or card)

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company or PayPal

Contact your bank there may be a delay in posting
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at admin@majabre.com
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at admin@majabre.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.
6. Order Cancellations
Because orders are printed on demand, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order will enter production and can no longer be canceled.
7. Shipping Issues
If your order was lost or never arrived, contact us.
We’ll work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
