Welcome to MaJaBre Designs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://majabre.com and any purchase made through our store. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Information
MaJaBre Designs is operated from Belgrade, Serbia. We sell print-on-demand apparel and accessories fulfilled through Printful.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the latest version.
2. Online Store Terms

All products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you once your order is placed.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our store are listed in US Dollars (USD) for informational purposes, while the final transaction amount will be processed and accounted for in Serbian Dinars (RSD).

We accept secure payments via PayPal and Cards.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

5. Protection of confidential transaction and card data
When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, employing state-of-the-art tokenization methods for sensitive data, and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. At no point are the payment card details accessible to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – The AllSecure Payment Gateway employs the highest global standards for data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically enrolled in 3D-Secure protection, guaranteeing the security of purchases for customers. Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and the data entry process itself is protected by SSL encryption.
PCI DSS Standards – The AllSecure Payment Gateway consistently complies with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level for merchants and customers. Since 2005, the system has been continuously certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, representing the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the necessary security measures for the processing, storage, and transmission of sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data throughout the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant's point of sale, during communication between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as during the subsequent storage of that data.
6. Enabled payment methods
Payment for products in our online store can be made using one of the following methods: PayPal and Payment cards - VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX or DINA that support online payment.
Card payment is carried out in cooperation with AllSecure DOO. and Banca Intesa AD Beograd and is performed in a secure and certified manner through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering the data from your payment card.
After the card details are entered and the payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, thereby approving the order, which then enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available to you for other purposes.
The transaction will be completed and the amount debited from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In the event that the payment is not completed, i.e., the amount is not debited from the account, within 14 days of accepting your order, that order will be canceled and deleted.
After the 14-day period expires, the money reserved in your account is released and will be available to you again. After this, you may repeat the same or a new order and make a payment related to them.
Please check with the card-issuing bank whether your card supports online payment.
7. Currency conversion statement
Card payments and refunds will be executed in the Serbian currency - Dinar (RSD). The amount that will be charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price in Euros/US Dollars into Serbian Dinars according to the current exchange rate list of the National Bank of Serbia.
When billing your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate list of credit card associations. Due to this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference compared to the original price stated on our site.
8. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by Printful within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

9. Fiscal receipts
Fiscal receipts can be delivered to you in digital form (pdf, html) - displayed on the website or delivered via email to the address you specify as the "billing email".
10. Delivery / delivery description
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.
You will be able to see shipping price before you complete the payment.
Average delivery time is 5 to 20 days.

All orders are print-on-demand and produced after payment confirmation.

Orders are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful, before being shipped out
During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment may take slightly longer.
10.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.
Average delivery time after fulfillment:
USA: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs or carrier delays.
10.3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
10.4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address and the package returns to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
10.5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order seems delayed or lost in transit, contact us at admin@majabre.com with your order number.
We’ll investigate with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.
10.6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.
10.7. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages (for example, different items printed in different facilities).
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
11. Returns and Refunds
In the event of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the web store "MaJaBre" is obliged to perform the refund exclusively via VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX or DINA payment methods, meaning that the bank will return the funds to the cardholder's account upon the seller's request.
Possible refund amount is equal to amount charged in the Serbian currency - Dinar (RSD).

We only replace or refund items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
12. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate product information but do not guarantee that all descriptions, pricing, or availability details are error-free. If an error occurs, we may correct it and contact you before processing your order.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs is the property of MaJaBre Designs and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
14. Third-Party Services
Our store integrates third-party platforms such as Printful, Shopify, PayPal, and 2Checkout. Each service has its own privacy and terms. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
15. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your purchase.
16. Complaints about data or wrong type of goods
If you have received a shipment and after opening the box you realized that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please send us an email with your information (name, surname, phone) to the "MaJaBre" email address and describe the problem you have. We will respond to the reported consumer complaint as soon as possible and inform you about the next steps. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 14 days from the moment of reporting.
17. Customer privacy protection
On behalf of MAJABRE PR, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic customer/user data and data essential for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practice and with the aim of providing quality service. We provide customers with options, including the ability to decide whether they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly kept confidential and is accessible only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees involved in data management in the "MaJaBre" web store (and business partners) are responsible for complying with the principles of privacy protection.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
